What Is the PMP?

The Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is issued by PMI and recognised in over 200 countries. It validates the ability to lead projects using predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches — covering the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closing.

Eligibility

  • A four-year degree plus 36 months of project leadership experience, OR
  • A high school diploma plus 60 months of project leadership experience.
  • 35 hours of project management education (fulfilled by our PMP prep course).

Salary Impact in Kuwait

According to PMI's Earning Power Survey, PMP holders in the Middle East earn a median salary 16% higher than uncertified peers. In Kuwait's oil, construction, and government contracting sectors, the premium often exceeds 25%.

Most candidates prepare in 3–4 months studying 1–2 hours daily. The exam consists of 180 questions over 230 minutes. Approximately 50% of questions involve agile or hybrid project scenarios.
